Paris Hilton Shows Us Black Ruffles and Fringes. At the Victoria Secret Fashion show Paris shows us two trends black ruffles and fringes which can be quite a dangerous combination. Did Paris pull the look off? Surprisingly yes! If she wore the dress in any color I don't think It would have worked but since its black it created instant sexapeal without looking over the top.
